Dance Fitness combines the fun of learning new dance skills with low impact body weight exercises and is a great way to build your fitness levels whilst establishing dance skills.
The class will see you learning choreography, improving flexibility and co-ordination and learning aerobic dance routines.
The class is perfect for adults looking to learn new dance skills, build in confidence, improve fitness and have fun!
